Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies for power products.

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase technical capabilities and customer support services.

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, competition, and key growth drivers.

  • Review strategic insights and present recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

  • Provide strategic input to support the organization in achieving its business objectives.

  • Support distributors with sales activities and coordination matters.

  • Gather insights from the market, customers, and project sites to better understand industry developments.

  • Coordinate communication between distributors and internal departments.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing events.

  • Coordinate with relevant overseas teams on enquiry processing, delivery schedules, planning, updates, and confirmations.

  • Provide support on product application matters when required.

  • Monitor competitor activities and products within the market.

  • Perform other duties as assigned in the course of work.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Engineering/Marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering industry
  • Experience in selling generator power or industrial chillers will be advantageous
