Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies for power products.

Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers.

Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase technical capabilities and customer support services.

Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, competition, and key growth drivers.

Review strategic insights and present recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Provide strategic input to support the organization in achieving its business objectives.

Support distributors with sales activities and coordination matters.

Gather insights from the market, customers, and project sites to better understand industry developments.

Coordinate communication between distributors and internal departments.

Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing events.

Coordinate with relevant overseas teams on enquiry processing, delivery schedules, planning, updates, and confirmations.

Provide support on product application matters when required.

Monitor competitor activities and products within the market.

Perform other duties as assigned in the course of work.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering/Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering industry
- Experience in selling generator power or industrial chillers will be advantageous
