Role purpose

Platform-focused Business Analyst supporting the EUC workstream — requirements, use-case coverage, persona definition, endpoint inventory and application candidacy.

Key responsibilities

  • Run requirements workshops with Customer EUC owners; capture, document and prioritise.
  • Maintain the application candidacy audit and persona / use-case matrix.
  • Build and maintain the endpoint inventory; coordinate the BoM and physical endpoint standards.
  • Support pilot user selection, UAT design and acceptance criteria.

Required experience and qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst on EUC, M365 or end-user computing programmes.
  • Workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance constraints.
  • Experience working in a large, geographically distributed global organisation, comfortable operating across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Experience working within a globally distributed team, collaborating effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with senior stakeholders and translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.

Technical skills

  • VDI: Omnissa Horizon (Blast Protocol, App Volumes) as default end-user platform.
  • Enterprise Browser: Island.io.
  • Endpoint management: Microsoft Intune (compliance policies, configuration settings, managed apps).
  • Identity: Microsoft EntraID, Active Directory, Identity Federation, Conditional Access for M365.
  • Thin-client strategy: Igel OS on repurposed HP hardware, dedicated thin-client standards.
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure as the control plane.
