Jobseeker FAQs

Looking for answers? We’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help jobseekers navigate the application process with ease. Whether you're exploring opportunities or ready to apply, this section covers everything from how to submit your CV to what happens after you apply — so you can focus on landing your next role.

How do I apply for a job?

You can apply directly through our page that offers jobs in Singapore, and more:

  • Use the search bar to find jobs by title, industry, or skill.
  • Click on a job listing that interests you.
  • Hit “Apply Now” and fill in your details to submit your application.

Do I need an account to apply for jobs?

No account is required to browse jobs or apply. However, creating an account allows you to save jobs of interests as well as edit job alerts.

Can I submit my CV without applying for a job?

Yes, you can — but the most effective way to submit your CV is through our job application process. When you apply for a job via our listings page, you’ll be prompted to upload your CV along with your details. This ensures your profile is matched accurately to the role and reaches the right recruiter.

Are there jobs available for fresh graduates?

Yes! We regularly post roles that require no experience across various industries. Use keywords like "no experience required" in the search bar!

Do I have to pay a fee to get a job

No, there’s no cost for jobseekers. As a recruitment agency, Manpower offers access to job opportunities through our platform at no charge. You’re welcome to browse listings and apply — we’ll take care of the rest.

If you receive suspicious requests via text, call, or email, please do not share sensitive information such as your bank details, NRIC, or passport number. Instead, verify the communication with us through our contact form. If you believe you’ve encountered a job scam, we strongly recommend reporting it to your local authorities.
