Temporary – Explore!
Manpower partners with clients that are looking for contracted employees that are open to working short term contract durations. This falls under our temporary category. Typically, clients utilize this option to cover employee absences, support peak workloads or contribute to special projects for a specific time frame. As a temporary worker you are employed through Manpower and placed on assignment at our client’s worksite. When one assignment is done, you move to another, which could be at the same or a a different client.

Temp to Perm – Try it and Decide!
As a temp to perm employee, both you and our client can test out the role and responsibilities to see if it’s a match. With your ability to see firsthand on what the job entails, resources, and access to the people you would be working with, this is a great way to understand if a role is for you! After working as a Manpower associate in the dedicated time frame is complete, and the client agrees that there is a match, there will be an opportunity to become a permanent employee with our client working for them directly.

Permanent – Straight to the Client!
Don’t want to do contract work? No problem! Manpower also offers permanent opportunities! A permanent opportunity is direct employment with our client, meaning you will not be a Manpower employee but an employee of the client you are selected for. Manpower conducts the prequalification processes as well as interviews. If everything goes well and you are selected, an offer to work for the client as an employee directly will be extended.
