Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people, organizational, and workforce-related matters.
  • Lead HR strategy and business partnering initiatives to support business objectives and growth plans.
  • Drive workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee recruitment, employee development, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, annual salary reviews, and manpower budgeting.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary matters.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and governance requirements.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll administration, employment documentation, employee records, and statutory reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring effective service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Drive HR process improvements, workforce analytics, HR systems enhancements, and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to align HR priorities and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular updates on workforce trends, manpower costs, talent risks, and key HR metrics to management.

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a strategic HR Business Partnering or HR leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing the full HR spectrum across both strategic and operational functions.
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams.
  • Well verse in stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
  • Well-versed in employment legislation, HR best practices, and organizational development initiatives.
