CFO (SGX listed)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of finance, including financial reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting, Board reporting, statutory accounts, audits, and regulatory submissions.
• Manage financial due diligence, transaction support, fundraising activities, financial modelling, and capital structure planning.
• Establish governance, internal controls, risk management frameworks, and reporting processes aligned with SGX-listed company requirements.
• Partner the CEO and senior leadership team on corporate strategy, business planning, investment decisions, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with banks, investors, shareholders, and other key external stakeholders.
• Drive financial discipline, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across the business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture.

Requirements

• Current or recent CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director, or Group Financial Controller experience.
• Strong experience in listed-company reporting, audit management, governance, and Board engagement.
• Experience supporting IPOs, RTOs, M&A transactions, fundraising, or other capital markets activities is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record in treasury management, banking relationships, working capital optimization, and financial controls.
• Experience in automotive, retail, distribution, consumer, mobility, or other inventory-intensive businesses would be preferred.
• Commercially astute, hands-on, and able to operate effectively in both strategic and execution-focused environments.
• Possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, sound judgement, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
