Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of finance, including financial reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate management reporting, Board reporting, statutory accounts, audits, and regulatory submissions.
- Manage financial due diligence, transaction support, fundraising activities, financial modelling, and capital structure planning.
- Establish governance, internal controls, risk management frameworks, and reporting processes aligned with SGX-listed company requirements.
- Partner the CEO and senior leadership team on corporate strategy, business planning, investment decisions, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with banks, investors, shareholders, and other key external stakeholders.
- Drive financial discipline, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across the business.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture.
Requirements
- Current or recent CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director, or Group Financial Controller experience.
- Strong experience in listed-company reporting, audit management, governance, and Board engagement.
- Experience supporting IPOs, RTOs, M&A transactions, fundraising, or other capital markets activities is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in treasury management, banking relationships, working capital optimization, and financial controls.
- Experience in automotive, retail, distribution, consumer, mobility, or other inventory-intensive businesses would be preferred.
- Commercially astute, hands-on, and able to operate effectively in both strategic and execution-focused environments.
- Possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, sound judgement, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
