Senior Full-Stack Application Developer (AI & Generative AI)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business and AI-related requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, microservices, and APIs.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including copilots, chatbots, virtual assistants, and decision support systems.
• Build robust backend services using Java, Python, Node.js, and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and FastAPI.
• Implement and optimize Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Design, develop, and orchestrate AI agents, Agent Harness frameworks, and multi-agent workflows.
• Contribute to full-stack application development, including front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web technologies.
• Manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability through best development practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of application development experience, with good exposure to enterprise systems and modern software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Node.js, and related frameworks such as Spring Boot and FastAPI.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud applications.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Angular.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and Git-based version control.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
