Job Responsibilities:
- Act as Work Package Owner (WPO), ensuring assigned packages are completed and handed over successfully.
- Coordinate and monitor design progress in line with project requirements and design checklists.
- Lead subcontractor and client meetings to review project progress and address issues.
- Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Take on Lead Architect responsibilities when required and provide guidance to project teams.
- Mentor junior architects and ensure site supervisors receive the latest approved drawings, project scope, and contract updates.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, preferably from a BOA-accredited university.
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (Honours) or equivalent qualification.
- Certifications such as Autodesk Revit, Green Mark, LEED AP, WELL AP, or Design for Safety is a plus.
- 7–8 years of architectural experience, including exposure to fast-track projects.
- With background experience and involvement in major or large scale projects.
