About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Engineer to serve as the key interface between customers and internal engineering teams, supporting new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing line bring-up, and production ramp activities.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams across Test Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing functions to ensure successful product launches, issue resolution, and smooth transition into mass production.

This role is based in China and requires regular travel to Vietnam and the United States to support customer engagements, production line bring-up, and on-site technical activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in Test Engineering, NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or related technical functions.
• Experience supporting manufacturing line bring-up, production ramp-up, or new product introduction activities.
• Experience working within electronics manufacturing, EMS, telecommunications, wireless products, or related industries.
• Customer-facing technical support or programme coordination experience (good to have).
