Manager - Projects (Electrical Works)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Plan project schedules, define work scopes, and coordinate resources for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, prepare budgets, and manage variation orders to maintain financial control.
• Supervise daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and track project progress.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations, technical specifications, and industry standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of completed electrical systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, enforce site safety requirements, and resolve project issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure effective project coordination and communication.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical systems, including LV/HV, power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, and project management.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of electrical system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Proven experience managing electrical projects from planning through completion.
• Familiar with local electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Able to oversee site activities, contractors, and project execution effectively.
• Possess problem-solving, leadership, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
