Project Estimator - (QS Electrical, Tender)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare project cost estimates, including materials, labour, quantities, and project timelines.
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations, and support contract negotiations.
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage variation orders.
• Verify completed work on-site and process progress claims and subcontractor payments.
• Identify commercial risks and support the resolution of contract-related issues and disputes.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge or background in Electrical engineering is a plus.
• No experience required.
• Willing to visit project sites occasionally when required.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
