Project Manager (Mechanical/ACMV)

Responsibilities:
Manages the end-to-end delivery of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in construction and engineering projects. 
Develop work schedules, allocate manpower, and manage project costs to ensure delivery remains on time and within budget.
Supervise daily on-site installations, inspect workmanship quality, and resolve technical issues or site delays promptly.
Liaise with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities, and lead sub- contractors and technical teams. 
Review shop drawings, method statements, and ensure installations comply with industry  specifications and local safety/building regulations (such as BCA or SCDF standards) 
Oversee system testing, balancing, and commissioning (T&C), and manage final handovers including as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
10years of expeirence working in ACMV system including Project Management and Engineering roles. 
Proficient in electrical systems design, installation, testing and Commissioning.  
Ability to be on standby due to project timelines.
