Application Group Executive

? Responsible for the administration/tracking/reporting, compliance and continuous improvement of the MoC
system.
? Responsible for administration, control, documentation, maintenance and management of recipe systems in
accordance with MoC procedures.
? Support new product, raw materials, packaging materials, packaging configuration and process introduction and
development
- Maintain BOM material data completeness and accuracy
? Customise nutritional formulations, identify formulation issues and lead improvement action programmes within
the plant.
? Complete the RMPS/RMS review and formulation review for new version of Recipe as per NDC agreed
timeline.
? Involve in the reformulation of existing product for optimized quality and process ability and the development of
new formulations.
? Qualification of new raw materials or new supply of raw materials.
