Company Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support for filling and packaging operations to ensure optimal equipment reliability, efficiency, and production performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs in line with TPM methodologies.
- Lead or participate in CAPEX projects, including equipment upgrades, automation enhancements, new line installations, and technology implementations.
- Prepare technical specifications, coordinate project stakeholders, and manage equipment commissioning, validation, and operational handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, site engineering procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage equipment qualification and validation activities, including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
- Support change management processes for mechanical, electrical, and automation-related modifications.
- Collaborate with automation and manufacturing systems teams to optimize process controls, equipment integration, and production data management.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure safe and effective project execution.
- Conduct technical training and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance, safety, and reliability.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting filling, packaging, automated production, or process equipment.
- Exposure to CAPEX projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
- Understanding of GMP, quality systems, and manufacturing compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation systems, PLC-controlled equipment, MES, and industrial instrumentation will be advantageous.
- Troubleshooting, project management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented individual with commitment to operational excellence and workplace safety.
