Production Planner (Food indus/ 4K/ Senoko Drive)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure timely fulfilment of customer and operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimise raw material utilisation to minimise waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Procurement, R&D and Customer Service teams to support smooth production operations.
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and inventory accuracy.
• Support batch planning, product specifications and production adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Track production performance metrics and prepare reports for operational review.
• Investigate production issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records within ERP systems.
• Provide operational support when required to address production-related issues.

Job Requirements

• A Level/ Diploma with working experience in logistics/supply chain/operations or Equivalent Professional experience 
• 3-5 years experience in Food ingredient/ Chemical operation, who have worked with formulations, blending, batching, recipes, flavours, ingredients or food manufacturing environments.
• Inventory Management Experience
• Familiar with SDS and compliance.
• Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. ERP systems, Outlook, Access, Excel and Word.)
