Temporary Marketing Admin Assistant

1. BCRS Project:

• Ensure the timely submission and approval of artworks and samples to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Create and obtain approval for product transformation forms related to co-packing and stickering activities.
• Facilitate a smooth cutover for all products affected by BCRS by coordinating with factories, printers, co-packers, and other relevant vendors.

2. Chillers Management:

• Ensure that all physical chillers are labeled with the same code sticker as indicated in the tracking file.
• Collaborate with the sales team to paste unique codes to each chiller.
• Maintain and update the tracking file with the latest and accurate information, including consolidating photos of the chillers, documenting their movements, and recording any other relevant details.
