Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop & maintain business applications and products using Java, Spring/ Spring Boot
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL Databases, queries, and data access layers.
- Build and Deploy and support applications on GCP
- Contribute to the application architecture, take ownership of product deliverables, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development Life cycle.
Mandatory skills:
- Excellent Design and programming skills in JAVA
- Hands-On experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, SQL development, and query optimization.
- Hands-On experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deploying and supporting Cloud Applications
Nice to have Skills:
- MQTT experience is highly appreciated, particularly in publish/subscribe messaging and asynchronous architectures
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Working experience in Linux environments.
- Understanding of microservices and distributed application architectures.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with related JAVA enterprise technologies.
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline.
