Senior Head of Operations (F&B / Regional Scope)

About the Role
Our client, a growing F&B company, is seeking a dynamic and high-energy operations leader to drive business expansion and operational excellence across both local and international markets. This role plays a critical part in scaling the business, strengthening operational capabilities, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and scalability
• Drive regional expansion initiatives, with frequent travel (Asia mainly) 
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and strengthen market presence
• Enhance SOPs, operational workflows, and performance standards across outlets
• Build, mentor, and lead a leadership team with a focus on results and accountability
• Identify opportunities for business improvement, innovation, and cost optimization
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to align on long-term growth objectives

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a senior operations role within the F&B or retail chain industry
• Good track record in driving business growth and expansion
• Highly proactive, hands-on, and results-driven with high energy and drive
• Demonstrated leadership capability with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Willingness to travel regionally based on business needs
