Functional Consultant

The CPQ Functional Consultant will work closely with the System & Solution Architects on the design, implementation, enhancement, and regional rollout of the CPQ platform. This is a hybrid functional and technical role. Vendavo experience; candidates with enterprise application, ERP, CRM, CPQ, or solution-design experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
2.Work closely with the System Architect on solution design, architecture, integrations, and technical decisions.
3.Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, dependencies, impacts, and potential risks.
4.Develop knowledge of Vendavo CPQ configuration, pricing, product, quotation, and approval processes.
5.Understand CPQ integrations with SAP/ERP, CRM, MDM, and other enterprise systems.
6.Prepare functional/technical specifications, solution diagrams, process flows, and impact assessments.
7.Support development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production issue resolution.
8.Review solutions and implementations to ensure alignment with agreed architecture and standards.
9.Support global/regional rollouts and promote reusable, standardized solutions.
10.Gradually take ownership of solution design and architectural responsibilities under the guidance of the System Architect.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, business analysis, solution consulting, ERP/CRM/CPQ, or related areas.
2. Understanding of business processes and system solutions.
3. Good understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and application architecture.
4. Ability to work with business, technical, QA, and architecture teams.
