Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage vessel internal and external audits (ISM, ISPS, MLC) and inspections.
- Plan and schedule audits, inspections, and compliance activities through PAL Planner.
- Liaise with vessels, auditors, classification societies, flag administrations, and external stakeholders.
- Support SIRE inspections, including OCIMF submissions, document preparation, and post-inspection follow-up.
- Maintain vessel certificates and statutory documentation, including DOC, SMC, ISSC, CSR, DPA, and CSO records.
- Administer PAL and MOLLNG document libraries, certificate modules, and communication records.
- Monitor and maintain PSC, FSI, HSE, MRD, and TSI inspection records and reports.
- Support management review meetings, KPI reporting, tender questionnaires, and compliance reporting.
- Process audit and inspection-related invoices and maintain proper documentation records.
- Provide administrative and operational support for HSEQ projects and vessel compliance activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Maritime Management, HSEQ, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Marine HSEQ, Compliance, Audit, or Vessel Operations.
- Familiarity with ISM, ISPS, MLC, SIRE, PSC, and Flag State requirements.
- Experience with PAL, OCIMF, Q88, or similar maritime systems is advantageous.
- Good coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
