Payment Network Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is a leading global technology platform serving users across multiple international markets. The company operates a large-scale payments ecosystem that supports digital transactions, merchant settlements, payment processing, reconciliation, foreign exchange, and risk monitoring.

This position will support the expansion and optimization of the company's global payment network, working closely with payment partners and internal stakeholders to enhance payment connectivity and user experience across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the integration and expansion of the global payment network through collaboration with payment service providers (PSPs), banks, and digital wallet partners.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to execute partner onboarding, integration testing, and go-live activities.
• Gather business and technical requirements from external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor payment network performance, transaction success rates, and operational metrics, while assisting in issue resolution and process improvement.
• Conduct market research on emerging payment methods, industry trends, and payment technologies to support business growth initiatives.
• Assist in enhancing payment capabilities and operational processes across multiple markets.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, internet platforms, or related product management roles.
• Basic understanding of payment ecosystems, including card payments, digital wallets, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, testing, and implementation activities.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
• Exposure to API integration projects, payment channel testing, or technical implementation work.
• Good interest in digital payments, fintech innovation, and global commerce.
• Experience in international or cross-border payment environments is advantageous.
