Product Manager - Payment Network

Responsibilities

  1. Drive the expansion of the global payments ecosystem by onboarding and integrating payment partners, including PSPs, banks, card networks, and eWallet providers.
  2. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver payment integrations, conduct testing, and support successful launches.
  3. Gather and document business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translating them into actionable product and project plans.
  4. Monitor payment performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and work with partners to improve transaction success rates and customer experience.
  5. Conduct market research on emerging payment methods, industry trends, and fintech innovations to support product strategy and business growth.
  6. Manage end-to-end partner onboarding activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
  7. Support the ongoing enhancement of payment products and capabilities across global markets.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, payments, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
  3. Good understanding of payment ecosystems, including card acquiring and issuing, payment gateways, digital wallets, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods.
  4. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, integrations, or technology projects.
  5. Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have Qualifications

  1. Experience working with payment service providers (PSPs), gateways, banks, financial institutions, or payment processors.
  2. Exposure to API-based integrations, payment testing, UAT, and partner certification processes.
  3. Knowledge of payment performance metrics such as authorization rates, transaction success rates, settlement, and reconciliation.
  4. Passion for fintech, digital payments, and global commerce.
  5. Experience working in an international or multi-market environment is a plus.
