Scope of Work:
- Infrastructure & OS Management: Configuration, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for servers, storage, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Network Engineering: Architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting for network devices (specifically including Cisco, Huawei, and other project-specified switches, routers, and firewalls).
- Cybersecurity Support: System/network hardening, cybersecurity risk assessments, security verification, and support for Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) activities.
- Project Lifecycle Support: Support for system design, implementation, integration, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, deployment, and technical product demonstrations.
- Documentation & Coordination: Preparation and maintenance of configuration records, test records, and technical documentation. Coordination with clients, customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams on technical matters.
3. Requirements:
- The engineer must perform services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence in accordance with project, site, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Work and technical issues must be acknowledged and attended to within agreed project timeframes.
- Critical technical issues must be escalated promptly to the Client and the Service Provider when necessary.
- Proactive communication regarding any anticipated delays, technical constraints, dependencies, or risks affecting the work.
