Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for maintenance projects and day-to-day operations.
- Perform system administration, implementation, troubleshooting, and support for Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Support project implementation, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth system performance and service delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Familiar with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, DNS, VPN, and firewall management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with weekly standby duty on a rotating schedule.
