What We Offer

As a People & Organisation Intern, you will:
- Use digital tools to enhance onboarding and employee experience through simple, creative formats (e.g., infographics, short videos, templates).
- Support campus recruitment and employer branding by creating digital content and social-media-ready visuals.
- Analyse HR data and turn insights into clear, easy-to-read dashboards or infographic summaries and prepare presentations and communication materials to share program updates.
- Assist HR projects by identifying digital solutions that simplify processes and improve user experience.
- Work collaboratively across teams, bringing creativity, communication, and digital fluency to modern HR work.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who:
- Is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline, with an interest in developing HR knowledge.
- Has an interest or foundational understanding of HR, especially in areas such as onboarding, employee experience, learning, or campus recruitment.
- Demonstrates digital fluency, with the ability to create simple, engaging visuals (infographics, slides, social-media assets) using tools like Canva or PowerPoint.
- Is comfortable working with data, using Excel/Google Sheets to organise information and present insights through clear dashboards or summaries.
- Communicates clearly, able to simplify information into concise writing and visually appealing content.

You will be part of the People & Organisation (P&O) team at Novo Nordisk in.
