Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily sales operations, including target setting, performance monitoring, and coaching of sales executives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to strengthen the company’s presence in international markets.
  • Identify and secure new B2B opportunities within the precious metals, bullion, and jewellery sectors.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with key international buyers, distributors, and trading partners.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements in alignment with gold and silver market movements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine and optimise sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analyses, and monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment, export documentation, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, export regulations, and relevant industry standards.
  • Mentor and develop junior sales team members to enhance product knowledge and client management capabilities.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in jewellery, precious metals, bullion trading, or a related luxury/B2B industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business, particularly in international or B2B markets.
