HSEQ Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HSEQ systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and promote safety awareness across the organisation.
• Conduct HSE training, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including customer complaints, quality issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead internal and external audits, maintain HSEQ records, and liaise with government authorities on regulatory matters.
• Work closely with different departments to improve safety, quality, and operational performance, while providing regular updates to Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HSE and Quality functions, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, including implementation, compliance, and audit processes.
• Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and requirements.
• Experience in conducting audits, managing CAPA, and performing root cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
