Job Responsibilities:
- Provided technical support and prepared quotations for vacuum pumps and systems.
- Designed and selected suitable vacuum system components based on customer requirements.
- Coordinated system fabrication, testing, commissioning, and project delivery.
- Worked closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams on technical and project matters.
- Supported projects and customers across Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of process and engineering applications.
- 3–4 years of experience in application engineering, sales support, and technical solutions.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with mechanical equipment, system design, and basic electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with project coordination experience and a keen interest in learning, problem-solving, and process improvement.
