Senior Process Engineer

Company Overview

Our client is a global engineering and project delivery company specializing in advanced manufacturing, high-tech facilities, and industrial process infrastructure. The organization delivers end-to-end engineering solutions, from design and construction through commissioning and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review the work of Process Engineers and Process Supervisors.
• Define process system design requirements and manage client technical discussions.
• Develop and review engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, system layouts, and equipment datasheets.
• Support tendering activities, technical evaluations, and vendor selection.
• Perform technical reviews of vendor documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Participate in risk assessments, process hazard studies, and engineering reviews.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout project execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in process engineering, design, or project execution.
• Experience in DI/UPW, wastewater, chemical, or industrial gas systems.
• Knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in engineering design and documentation tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively in multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environments.
• Experience managing projects from design through commissioning is advantageous.
