Project Engineer

Company Overview

A global engineering and manufacturing company specializing in fluid-flow, cooling, and thermal management solutions. The business supports mission-critical industries, including data centres, through the design and manufacture of integrated mechanical and electrical (M&E) cooling systems, with projects delivered across APAC. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the execution of multiple manufacturing and engineering projects across APAC
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Monitor project progress across engineering, procurement, production, and logistics functions
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and maintain project documentation
• Liaise with manufacturing teams on fabrication progress, quality inspections, FAT activities, and shipment readiness
• Support client communications on design clarifications, delivery schedules, and action tracking
• Assist in risk identification, issue resolution, logistics coordination, and site delivery support

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E, HVAC, modular systems, industrial equipment manufacturing, or related industries
• Exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and document control platforms such as SharePoint or BIM360
• Project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multi-project environment
