Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and finished goods against purchase orders, delivery documentation, and quality requirements. Coordinate with Quality Control teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely acceptance of materials.
- Organize, label, and store materials and finished goods in designated warehouse locations while adhering to FIFO/FEFO principles and established inventory control procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP transactions, stock registers, and system updates to ensure stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
- Issue raw materials to production teams based on approved requisitions and support efficient material movement throughout manufacturing operations.
- Perform packing, labeling, palletizing, and preparation of finished goods in accordance with approved specifications and work instructions. Verify quantities, batch information, and product quality before storage or dispatch.
- Support loading, unloading, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities while ensuring accuracy of shipping documentation and on-time deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock counts, inventory verification, and reconciliation activities. Investigate inventory discrepancies and support stock adjustment and return processes.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including inventory records, packing lists, dispatch records, stock movement reports, and operational logs.
- Report damaged materials, inventory variances, product quality concerns, and operational issues promptly while supporting timely corrective actions.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following workplace safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S housekeeping practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, periodic stock-taking exercises, and other warehouse or stores-related activities as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, stores management, or logistics within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience in receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory management, and dispatch operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory transactions, stock control documentation, and reconciliation processes.
- Good understanding of warehouse best practices, including FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation, product identification, labeling, and inventory accuracy.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable working with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders to support smooth operations.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety requirements, warehouse procedures, and 5S practices.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take ownership of daily responsibilities while contributing to operational improvements.
