EHS Coordinator (Pharma/ 6-Month Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the site in its journey towards excellence in Safety, Health and Environmental performance by continual improvement to the EHS management system with support of Management and engaged Colleagues.
- Co-ordinate the development and implementation of the site EHS strategy & programs. Align factory EHS objectives considering Market and Corporate objectives, integrating EHS into business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with EHS-related legal and corporate requirements.
- Implement, control, maintain and improve the site EHS Management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO14001 and ISO 45001 certification. Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the Factory's EHS program
- Provide support to the Plant Manager, Plant Management team and Line Managers in order to achieve the Factory's EHS objectives and to ensure EHS becomes / remains a line management responsibility. Ensure that EHS performance data is available and correctly managed. Promote the awareness of EHS.
- Support the site's Continuous Improvement Projects through EHS Reviews, Operational Readiness Reviews, Risk Assessment Reviews, Change Management Reviews, etc.
