What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and oversee daily retail and operational activities
• Ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experience
• Manage appointments, customer records, and enquiries
• Support team members and maintain operational standards
• Drive sales performance through customer engagement and service recommendations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Ensure proper pet handling practices and workplace safety standards
• Work closely with various departments to achieve business goals

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a supervisory, team lead, or management role
• Execellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Passion for animals and pet care
• Ability to work on weekends as part of the scheduled roster
• Experience within retail, services, hospitality, or pet-related industries.
