Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and order coordination.

Prepare and check shipping documents.

Coordinate shipments with logistics partners.

Update shipment status and records.

Support administrative and customer service activities.
Requirements
-
Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

1 to 2 years of customer service, logistics, shipping, or admin experience. Entry level with internship experience will be consider.

Able to start immediate / short notice.

Good communication and coordination skills.
Additional Information

Comfortable with overseas training for up to 3 months in China & Indonesia.
