Customer Service cum Sales Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing both retail and corporate vehicle rental operations, coordinating replacement vehicles for insurance claims, and ensuring smooth day-to-day rental activities while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of retail and corporate vehicle rental operations, from booking and vehicle allocation to return processing.
• Coordinate fleet deployment, vehicle activations, and returns to optimize fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
• Handle vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and replacement vehicle arrangements in a timely and professional manner.
• Support insurance-related rental cases by liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive rental experience.
• Maintain accurate rental records, documentation, and operational reports.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 3A Singapore driving licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for administrative, reporting, and documentation purposes.
• Meticulous, customer-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a 5.5-day work week, with alternate Saturdays or work-from-home arrangements on Saturdays.
