Required Skillset
- Comfortable handling reception and walk-in customers; confident and approachable
- Able to multitask
- Experience handling warranty cases, customer service, returns or refunds.
Main Goals
- Support walk-in customer enquiries, especially warranty-related cases
- Assist in clearing daily return and refund cases
