Field Service Engineer (Medical Equipment / Clinic Environment)

Salary: Up to $4,500 + Service Commission + Service Call Incentives + Annual Bonus
Location: On-site role, Office near Upper Thomson

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medical aesthetic equipment.
• Perform equipment testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to service calls and technical issues at customer sites.
• Provide technical support to doctors, clinics, and end users.
• Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
• Monitor spare parts usage and escalate complex issues when required.
• Guide and support junior engineers in daily service activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Min 3 years of field service or equipment maintenance experience.
• With troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with medical devices or aesthetic equipment is a plus 
• Able to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence (company vehicle provided)
