Government Claims Specialist \ Contract – Buona Vista

Summary:

To manage the end-to-end processing of Singapore Government claims (e.g., Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, etc.). The successful candidate will ensure claims are submitted, tracked, and reconciled accurately and in compliance with relevant government regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit government claims in accordance with Singapore government agency requirements.
• Verify supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Track claim statuses and follow up with relevant government agencies to resolve queries or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all submitted, approved, and rejected claims.
• Reconcile claim payments received against submitted claims.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore government regulations and deadlines.
• Provide regular status reports and updates

Requirements:

• Prior experience with Singapore government claims processing
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Workday & SAP is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with government bodies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
