Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline and corporate roles, including service crew, kitchen staff, supervisors, outlet managers, and HQ positions.
- Manage high-volume recruitment activities such as mass hiring, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and agency partnerships.
- Work closely with operations teams to forecast manpower needs, improve workforce planning, and manage deployment.
- Build and maintain recruitment pipelines to support outlet expansion and operational needs.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and probation processes.
- Oversee performance management frameworks and appraisal cycles across outlets and HQ.
- Support line managers in setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, coaching, and handling disciplinary matters.
- Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) and corrective actions when necessary.
- Promote a performance-driven, service excellence culture.
- Design and implement training programs for service excellence, food safety, hygiene, leadership, and compliance.
- Manage onboarding training, refresher programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory F&B certifications (e.g., WSQ Food Safety, hygiene standards).
- Develop succession planning frameworks for supervisory and managerial roles.
- Oversee payroll, leave administration, shift manpower coordination, and HR documentation.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and foreign manpower compliance.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, workplace safety, and F&B regulatory standards.
- Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, investigations, and dispute resolution.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive pay structures aligned with F&B market trends.
- Oversee benefits administration, staff claims, insurance coverage, and leave policies.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports on manpower costs, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies to improve productivity and retention.
- Support manpower budgeting and cost control initiatives.
- Drive engagement initiatives, staff events, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
- Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across outlets.
- Partner closely with operations leaders to strengthen teamwork and morale.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and outlet leaders.
- Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on HR experience in the F&B / hospitality industry, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Good experience managing high-volume frontline workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations, employment laws, CPF, work passes, and F&B compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good operational mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, frontline-driven environment.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
