We are proud to release our sixth annual Working to Change the World Sustainability Report. The 2025-2026 report outlines our ongoing commitment to shaping a more sustainable future across our three strategic pillars – Planet, People & Prosperity, and Principles of Governance.
Across these three pillars, the report explores how we are turning our sustainability commitments into action across our business and the communities we serve. From advancing climate action and reducing our environmental impact to expanding access to skills, meaningful work and emerging opportunities, the report highlights the ways we are working to create lasting impact for people and the planet.
Under Planet, the report highlights our continued progress towards our science-based emissions reduction targets, including efforts around renewable energy, fleet electrification, business travel, employee commuting and supplier engagement. These initiatives form part of our broader Climate Action Plan as we work towards our long-term net-zero ambition.
People & Prosperity focuses on our role as creators of talent at scale, with an emphasis on helping people build the skills, confidence and readiness needed to navigate a changing world of work. The report explores initiatives supporting employability, technology and digital skills, early-career talent, and access to emerging opportunities, alongside efforts to promote more inclusive and equitable workforce outcomes.
As technology continues to reshape work, the report also looks at how we are approaching AI and innovation responsibly. This includes developing AI capabilities across our organization while strengthening governance, accountability and oversight around how these technologies are used.
Finally, Principles of Governance underscores the importance of ethical and responsible business practices, from corporate governance and human rights to transparency, accountability and responsible engagement across our wider ecosystem.
Together, these efforts reflect our belief that a more sustainable future of work must be built around both people and progress – creating opportunities for individuals, supporting resilient businesses and communities, and taking meaningful action for the planet.
