Job Scope

  • Responsible for providing help desk support services and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze the problems and makes a record of the issues addressed and the relevant resolutions provided for it.
  • 1st level helpdesk to respond to calls
  • Provide first call resolution to users who called into the hotline
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Perform outbound calls to users who leave call back
  • Work ¾ shift a week and rest 4 days


Job Qualification

  • At least a GCE O level education or its equivalent and with at least 1-2 year experience in call centre environment
  • Able to take stress of answering calls from members of public
  • Good communication verbal and written skills
  • Customer-centric focused
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently
  • Must be comfortable performing 12hrs shift work and/or weekends on rotating schedule (7pm to 8am / 7am to 8pm)
