Our client is a US healthcare and a leading global biopharmaceutical company. Due to current expansion, they are looking for:
6months Contract IT Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
IT support
- Corporate own IT equipment, deskphone/conference phone, corporate applications and collaboration tools for all users
- Corporate meetings and onsite/offsite events
- Network/IT equipment connectivity
- Network/server/power outage/maintenance for all sites where required
- Label printers, Specialized tablets/workstations in lab/manufacturing plant area
IT Project(s)
- Office relocation/renovation/new set up
- Participate in team/project meetings and follow up on action items
- Provide periodic status update for activities assigned
- Seek Site owner approval for site maintenance
- Be onsite representative for other teams in troubleshooting
- Support other site(s) where required
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in IT or eqv.
- 2-4years experience in IT support functions.
- Good communication skills and technical analytic/troubleshooting skills
- Ability to maintain good relationship with users
Other information:
6months, subject to renewal
Location; WFH but require travelling to multiple work sites
Salary: S$3800per month
