Our client is a US MNC, a pioneering leader in providing strategic solutions for consumer goods, manufacturing, technology and aerospace. They are currently looking for Contract 6months Project Administrator to join their team.

6months Project Administrator | Changi

Responsibilities:
Proactively manage a wide range of administrative duties and processes for Projects Team.
The position works multiple priority activities that may require extensive coordination in multiple
time zones, schedules appointments and meetings, manages the calendars.
Provide logistical and on ground support for major customer and employee events as needed.
Provide general assistance for presentations, workshops or meetings. Ensure senior management
are briefed for meetings. Take notes if required.
Deal with incoming email, post or other correspondence as required for Operation Director.
Create and maintain office systems including data management and electronic filing.
Carry out background research, produce reports, briefing papers and findings.
Coordinate the administration function of Projects team as it relates to interaction with different
geographies and regions at an admin and process level.
Protect confidential and sensitive personnel information for Leadership, HR and Customers
Interact effectively with internal customers, handles communications and inquiries with external
customers in a global multi-cultural environment.
Assist HR and Talent acquisition Departments in interview, mobilization and on-boarding
processes in support of recruitment and appointments.
Utilize extensive knowledge of company operations, policies, and department functions in
performing duties.
Participates in a team role with other assistants. This work will include working process
improvement projects, rotational duties (i.e., ordering office supplies and managing conference
rooms.) Support for other assistants during time away from the office will also be required

Requirement
Diploma/Degree with good administrative experience
IT savvy, fully conversant and proficient in Microsoft office and related software packages.
3-4years of administrative experience
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously
Work unsupervised once briefed, efficiently and effectively in a demanding environment
Skilled at organizing administrative processes and systems
