We are seeking an experienced ABAP Development Lead with good expertise in SAP CPI and RICEFW to lead a critical migration and development initiative. This role involves both hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of existing SAP PI/PO integrations to the SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Analyze current integration landscapes and define a comprehensive migration strategy.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of CPI-based integrations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) from design through deployment.
  • Lead the effort to adapt and convert ABAP code from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance and quality assurance across all ABAP development activities.
  • Lead a team of ABAP developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all development tasks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, mentoring junior developers as needed.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Around 5 years' experience in migration and development projects
  • Proven experience in SAP PI/PO to CPI migration projects.
  • Good hands-on expertise in ABAP development, including S/4HANA adaptation.
  • Deep understanding of RICEFW components and SAP development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading development teams and managing client communications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
