Reporting to the Operations Director, the Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the service delivery to achieve the contracted deliverables for our client. This role requires direct involvement with the client on a daily basis including acting as a single point of contact and to be outsource to station to work in our client’s site.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for building partnership with respective stakeholders to determine services, the criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise.
Provide strategic leadership directing onsite delivery team to meet the demands of the client’s business requirements.
Accountable for ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times. Responsible for addressing any issues impacting client’s satisfaction.
Efficiency and process improvement recommendations to achieve high productively rate
Ensure the services maintain agreed profitability margins and adherence to applicable delivery standards and processes
Job Requirement:
Professional presentation with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business stakeholders
Proven project management and operational delivery experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability in task prioritization and time management
Equipped with an excellent sense of urgency in ensuring timely delivery of response to meet client’s request/expectation.
Able to demonstrate a methodical approach to design, delivery and problem solving;
Proactive and creative approach to problem solving - ability to 'think outside the box'
