- Hunt for new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Actively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.

- Develop and maintain sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Understand clients' needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Educate clients on new features or offerings that align with their business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in progress.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Prior experience in government agencies, education institutions, media (digital or print) would be advantageous
