Responsibilities:

• Process redemption replies to Authorised Motor dealers
• Pre-process inter-bank GIRO application forms
• Perform data entries for financial and non-financial updates to system
• Pre-process and generate ad hoc letters for Auto Loan customers
• Perform administrative functions
• Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately
• Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Banking or Business Administration
• At least 2 year of experience in financial institutions, with Credit operations or knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft office 365 i.e. Excel
• Ability to multi-tasking and manage different activities
• Good team player
