Responsibilities:
- Process redemption replies to Authorised Motor dealers
- Pre-process inter-bank GIRO application forms
- Perform data entries for financial and non-financial updates to system
- Pre-process and generate ad hoc letters for Auto Loan customers
- Perform administrative functions
- Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately
- Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Banking or Business Administration
- At least 2 year of experience in financial institutions, with Credit operations or knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office 365 i.e. Excel
- Ability to multi-tasking and manage different activities
- Good team player
