Responsibilities

• Monthly closing of an entity's book. Must hands-on and work closely with Ops team;
• Prepare listed group consolidation report;
• Prepare monthly cash flow projection;
• Prepare monthly management pack including P&L, balance sheet, reconciliations and variance analysis;
• Review monthly management accounts for the Group, its subsidiaries and related companies;
• Apply, submit, communicate and monitor all government related grants;
• Assist and work with Accountant to prepare SGX half yearly and compliance related announcements;
• Assist and work with Accountant on compliance related matters;
• Assist in annual and quarterly budgeting and cash flow projection;
• Assist work with Accountant to monitor and handle cash flow and banking related matters;
• Prepare and/or review quarterly GST reporting and yearly tax computations;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline
• Able to handle group consolidation report
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts
