Responsibilities:

• Prepare regulatory reports as assigned, perform variance analysis and address queries from the regulators, business, or support units; follow up and resolve any problems / issues relating to regulatory reporting
• Participate in projects and initiatives, which involve process reviews, system enhancements and new systems implementation, that impact regulatory reports and system, as well as to improve the regulatory reporting process
• Implement procedures and internal controls over the preparation of various regulatory reports
• Handle ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or any related discipline
• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in regulatory reporting
• Good accounting skills with knowledge of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Good knowledge of financial products and services and in the area of financial instruments is good to have
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory reporting requirements
• Keen analytical skills, meticulous and attention to details
• Comfortable dealing with high volume of data and financial numbers
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to work under pressure and interested in developing a career in a dynamic banking environment
